From bulk invoicing and printing to just a few mail pieces we can accommodate all with no delay in processing and mailing. This even includes mail pick up and drop off upon request.
Food Services
We will help eliminate the need to call a caterer, have pizza delivered, or calling the same boring chain restaurant to prepare food for your office or function that will not suit everyone’s dietary needs. All of our cooking is done in house from scratch and our food service experts can cater to any specific dietary needs.

Here are some answers to frequently asked questions.
Q. How do I pay for my shipment?
For one-time orders we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and CashApp. If you have a repeating need or are looking to use Get THISS as your main courier we can get you set up in order to Invoice.
Q. Do you pick up or deliver to Post Office Boxes?
PO Boxes require a key, which are provided by the US Postal Service. We strongly suggest you sign up for USPS Informed Delivery feature. Please email or call for details.
Q. Do you pick up or deliver to places such as Fed Ex or UPS?
Yes, as long as we have the tracking number and your written or signed permission for us to do so.
Q.Is there a waiting time charge?
Yes. Additional charges may be applied if the driver has to wait at pickup location for more than 10 minutes.There’s no charge for delivery to destination once item has been picked up. Any wait over 10 minutes will be billed at $1 per minute with a wait of up to 10 minutes max, or you will have to call to reschedule pick-up.
Q. Do you leave packages if the customer is not there to receive?
No. Unless specifically requested and waiver signed by client. Only then will we only leave it if there is a safe or hidden location. If we do not have permission to leave it, we can re-attempt at another time same day free of charge or next day for a small additional charge. In order to be able to provide guaranteed fair and exceptional service to all of our clients all same day re-deliveries are done at out convenience.
Q. What are delivery service hours?
Office hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm. Before or Afterhours please contact us directly through courier@getthissllc.com Saturday – Sunday availability by appointment ONLY!
Q. Can you ship hazardous materials?
Yes but must be pre-scheduled and will be charged at a premium price. Please call or email courier@getthissllc.com for details to see if we can accommodate your needs. We have a driver with a HAZMAT license.

Q. When will my order be delivered?
Our goal is deliver your package immediately once we pick it up, depending on the service requested, but our cutoff is within 2 hours or the delivery is free. If you need a specific delivery window, please let us know. If there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.
Q. Can I request a delivery signature for my shipment? Is there a charge?
No charge! Email us at customerservice@getthissllc.com and we would be happy to assist you with a hard copy signature from your shipment. Please have your Order # available. We can provide you the proof of delivery free of charge via fax, email, or text. Once the order is complete we will mail you a hard copy along with your invoice of the original for your files.
Q.Can I reroute a shipment before it has been delivered?
Yes, you can reroute a shipment before it has been delivered if we catch it on time but there will be a small additional charge as we route/schedule our drivers with shipments in the same area. If your product has already been delivered, we can send a driver to pick it up and get it to the right place at an additional charge.
